Shipping costs
We ship our products within Europe. For Belgium and the Netherlands, we ship your package for free from €30. For France, Germany and Luxembourg we send your parcel for free from €50. For the other European countries we send your package for free from € 125. See the table below for more information about shipping costs.

Delivery method
All our packages are sent safely and quickly from Belgium. We use various delivery services for this. Orders placed on weekdays before 1 pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the next working day. You will receive a confirmation by email from us when your order has been processed.
As soon as we have handed over your package to the transport service, you can follow your package with track-and-trace. You will receive a code for this. Jewelry and small gemstone gifts are shipped with mailbox packages. So no problem if you are not at home.
