You choose the amount yourself and the recipient will immediately receive the gift voucher in his or her mailbox. If you prefer to give the gift voucher at a later date, enter your own email address and the voucher will be sent to you. You then send the voucher at a time of your choosing or print the voucher.
The recipient can use the gift voucher to make purchases in our shop by entering the code during checkout.

Return conditions
- The trial period of 14 days from receipt of the item(s) has not yet expired
- Item(s) is/are unworn (trying on is of course possible)
- Item(s) is/are undamaged
- Item(s) have attached labels and/or stickers
- Item(s) is/are packed in original packaging with included warranty cards and instructions for use
- Item(s) include any gift items you received with the order
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, as a consumer you are entitled to a cooling off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting from the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days from the time of the return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and in its original packaging. For returning the order we charge €5. We will credit the amount ( – return fee ) within 14 days after receiving the products.
However, if the products or packaging are so damaged or show signs of use, we reserve the right to charge a fee.
Please reply to your confirmation email for returns. This way we have the necessary ordering information immediately. We will then send you a return label that you can use to return the products.

Therefore, we are committed to making as many sustainable and ecological choices as possible. This translates to our packaging, among other things.
Our gift boxes are manufactured in Europe and are made of FSC®-certified, recyclable paper. 100% plastic-free for environmentally friendly disposal in waste paper. Compostable and biodegradable. The stickers are biodegradable and made from cellulose, a component found naturally in plant fibers and was coated with an eco-friendly adhesive. Our gift bags are made of organic cotton or linen and can be reused to store your gems. Like our bags, our jewelry boxes are made in Europe and are made of FSC®-certified, recyclable cardboard, making them 100% plastic-free for eco-friendly disposal as waste paper. For our printing, we choose 100% recycled paper and use QR codes so we can reduce the amount of paper.
We recycle or reuse our waste to the maximum and our energy comes from solar panels and green power.
